ATTIK is an estate agents made up of a collective of individuals with a few awesome traits in common. The team at ATTIK are firstly passionate about properties, interiors and people, they are committed to providing creative, design lead property marketing to ensure their customers achieve the best possible price for their property, excellent communication skills and understanding the desires and timescales of their buyers and sellers, being flexible in their approach to estate agency and working hours, providing appointment times when you the customer are available and their caring, professional nature means they intuitively want your moving process to be as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
The team take enormous pride in their estate agency and offer a number of ancillary services and although it is not a necessity to book any additional services, they have been found to enhance the customer experience and price achieved for the property, these include:

– Coaching and healing for our clients in sensitive situations
OUR BACKGROUND
Kate Mamo-Lewis

Known for her spiritual and approachable personality and entrepreneurial hunger it was no surprise that having worked for a range of local independent and corporate agents that Katie decided to launch her own agency with a bit of twist. Having worked previously in events and marketing and being a qualified healer, Katie was keen to create a brand and community with empathy, support and integrity at the fore front of the customer service given to clients and bespoke, design led marketing for their properties. Kate is proud to be surrounded by a professional, high vibe team who are enjoying delivering on our promise and being part of a growing business. Being determined as the company grows to not only support but be one of the team and taking her role as Managing Director very seriously Katie has a varied role, with an attitude of no task being beneath her, you will find Katie doing anything from strategy meetings, marketing, viewings, staff training, valuations and even reiki treatments with clients. Free time is spent with her family and friends, her beloved dogs Bear and Biscuit and of course her tribe of nieces and nephews mainly at the beach collecting sea glass, paddle boarding, sea swimming or having pub lunches or in the evening having dance competitions in a kitchen discos. Not forgetting supporting her step son in his new passion for Kart racing, you will often find Katie track side cheering him on!
Mike Mamo-Lewis

Prior to ATTIK, Mike lived a diverse life with a varied career where he brings a range of knowledge and expertise to the business. He owned a tool hire company and then moved onto owning his own sound and light production business. Mikes passion for property shows as he has built his own house from scratch and meant when he and Katie opened Attik he could apply his great business knowledge and love for property together and support the company’s growth from the start and continues to be a huge support with everything we do.
Mike is the face of our sister company ATTIK Property Services which focuses on supporting people with house clearances and house staging services, which is a completely unique service to ATTIK. Mike’s keen eye and attention to detail means he knows how to present a property and achieve the best price which means with our exclusive service from ATTIK Property Service he is an absolute asset to the team. Mike particularly has an eye for all things antiques and retro, you will find he has plenty of memorabilia that he has collected over the years.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with our Managing Director and Wife, Katie, his son, their two spaniels, Biscuit and Bear exploring on long walks, especially along the coast to see the sunset. Mike also has a great passion for cars, owning his own supercar which he enjoys driving at track days and sometimes to appointments, so keep your eyes peeled.
OSCAR BEDFORD

Oscar has been in the industry since 2017 after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 reading business management. He has experience selling and listing homes in Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. In his spare time he enjoys working out at the gym, playing hockey and following Norwich City Football Club.

Nikki is our office administrator she keeps all our paperwork up-to date and ensures we are compliant as a company. She has over 20 years experience in the industry and love the atmosphere we have here at Attik. In her spare time she loves to go to yoga and enjoy family activities with her 3 children.

BEAR & BISCUIT
// Stress Relivers and Cuddle Givers //
Bear & Biscuit the resident stress relievers and cuddle givers. During working hours you will find Bear and Biscuit curled up under one of the teams’ desks, waiting for cuddles and treats, they also accompany viewings and valuations in the hope of exploring new places to have a run-around.
On the weekends you will find both Bear & Biscuit taking part in their favourite hobby, swimming! Well known for sea and freshwater swimming they have quite the social media following!
